I, residing at

do hereby solemnly affirm and sincerely states as follows:-

1. I submit that I am the petitioner herein and plaintiff in the above


suit.

2. I submit that filed the above suit for the relief of permanent
injunction and such other reliefs, I further state that in the above suit I have
to file a such documents to mark as exhibits on behalf of me to prove my
case and it is also necessary to the suit proceedings.

3. Unless the documents could not be marked as exhibits on my side,


I will be put to much loss, hardship and inconvenience.

3.It is therefore I prayed that this Hon’ble court may be pleased to


receive the documents filed herewith to mark as exhibits on behalf of me
and condone the delay to filing the documents and render justice
accordingly.

this Hon’ble court and Doc No.12 to 20 filed as xerox now the petitioner/

plaintiff substitute the Doc No.13 as certified copy and Doc No.12 and 19 as

original.
