I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing on behalf of Figures Enthusiast
Organization, a non-affiliated organization of PIT dedicated to improving educational
opportunities for students. We are seeking your permission to conduct a survey aimed
at understanding the specific math tutorial needs of the students in our high school
department.

The purpose of this survey is to gather valuable insights that will enable us to tailor our
math tutorial programs more effectively. We assure you that all responses will be kept
confidential, and the data will be used solely for the purpose of improving our tutorial
