manufactured to the customer need.
Our power distribution switchboard, have busbar rating
up to 7,400A, can apply for all power distribution
system. This is proven its worth through project
recorded including foreign investment as well as local

Each cubicle are functioned and standardized. All
the compartments are standardized the height and
the width.

Distribution Boards are designed for locating at site. Incoming received from MSB system and out going to located Panel or Aparatus.

Type tested distribution boards according to IEC
61439-1&2
- The cabinet is a “flat pack” sheet steel wall mounting
enclosure for indoor use.
- Manufactured using sheet steel with 2 mm thickness
for the doors, top and side panels and 1.5 mm
thickness for the cable entry plate on top & bottom.
- The rear panel, on the same time mounting plate is
manufactured using sendzimir zinc plated steel with
1.5 mm thickness.
- The sheet metal parts are pre treated with iron
phosphate and protected with epoxy polyester powder
paint RAL 7035 giving smooth finish.
- And bus bars up to 6300 A
Functional units for cable / bus bar compartment are
also available
- A vertical / horizontal separation screen allow the
execution as a form 2 type tested assembly.
The door is easy removable and the opening is
reversible without any mechanical reworking. Standard
closing with one or two single point closing mechanism
depending on the height of the enclosure.

POWER FACTOR CORRECTION BOARD
General
The capacitor banks are used for reactive power compensation
depending on the type of the load. There are two types of reactive
power control units with reactor or without reactor.
Structure and function
Reactive power compensation cubicles consist of one controller
module and one or more capacitor modules. The capacitor modules
are connected to one another via connecting busbars or cable and to
the horizontal busbar system. The cubicles generally feature
PFC1 ventilation fan(s). There are two types of capacitor cubicle.
PFC1
Capacitor cubicle with protection for each step by CB or Fuse, But
12. without main CB/Isolator. The maximum capacitles of this type is
800KVAR with 4,6,8,10 or 12 steps controller
PFC2
PFC2
Capacitor cubicle with protection for each step by CB or Fuse, But
without main CB/Isolator. The maximum capacitles of this type is

FRAME AND ENCLOSURE
CONSTRUCTION:
: Frame & enclosure:
The frame is made of rigid sheet steel, that joins together
to form abase frame. The front, cover, mounting plate and
internal separation are fitted to frame to become the
functional cubicle. These cubicles are linked together to
become the full modular system enclosure that meets the
specified requirements.
Transport unite:
One or more cubicle form a transport unit. the maximum
length of transport unit is 2,400mm. For the transport, the
horizontal busbar extends along the entire length of a
transport unit. At the place of installation the transport units
must be interconnected.
The frame and support are punched by CNC with the
grid hole 25mm for individual installation.
Flexible door system for all requirements.
Door opening angle up to 180o.
Door lock to prevent opening door unintentionally.
Angle loover for ventilation.
Surface treatment and finishing:
Surface treatment by seven steps.
