Car Rental Agreement For Toyota Yaris ICTF021

This Car Rental Agreement is entered into between Stephen Mah ("Owner") and the Renter (Owner and
Renter collectively referred to as "Parties"). and outlines the respective rights and obligations of the Parties
relating to the rental of a car. Renter details are as per below:

1. IDENTIFICATION OF THE RENAL VEHICLE

Owner hereby agrees to rent to the renter a passenger vehicle identified as follows:

 2. RENTAL TERM

The term of this Car Rental Agreement runs from the date and hour of vehicle pickup as indicated
just above the signature line at the bottom of this agreement until the return of the vehicle to
Owner, and completion of all terms of this agreement by both Parties. The estimated rental term is
as follows:

The Parties may shorten or extend the estimated term of rental by mutual consent.
The Contract rolls over on a weekly basis until a week's notice is provided for the termination of the
contract. Non payment of rental fees over seven days will void this contract and require the immediate
return .

3. SCOPE OF USE

The renter agrees that the use of the rental is for business and incidental private use.

4. RENTAL FEES

Renter will pay to Owner rental fees for use of the Rental Vehicle as
follows:

5. SECURITY DEPOSIT $500

The renter will be required to provide a security deposit to Owner in the amount of
as a security deposit to be used in the event of loss or damage to the Rental Vehicle during the term of this
agreement and to recover unpaid rental fees and cost associated with rerenting the vehicle. In the event of
damage to the Rental Vehicle or fees owing, the Owner will apply this Security Deposit to defray the costs of
necessary repairs or replacement or to recover fees. If these costs exceed the amount of the Security Deposit,
the renter will be responsible for payment to the Owner of the balance of the cost incurred immediately upon
the return of the car. Security Deposit will be reflected back into your account within 5 business days after car
return.
 6. INDEMNIFICATION

The renter agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Owner for any loss, damage, or legal actions
against the Owner as a result of Renter's operation or use of the Rented Vehicle during the term of this Car
Rental Agreement. This includes any attorney fees necessarily incurred for these purposes. The renter will also
pay for any parking tickets, moving violations, or other citations received while in possession of the Rented .

7. REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES

Owner represents and warrants that to the Owner's knowledge, the Rental Vehicle is in good condition and is safe
for ordinary operation of the vehicle. The renter represents and warrants that the renter is legally entitled to
operate a motor vehicle under the laws of this jurisdiction and will not operate it in violation of any laws, or in
any negligent or illegal manner. The renter has been given an opportunity to examine the Rental Vehicle in
advance of taking possession of it, and upon such inspection, is not aware of any damage existing on the vehicle

8. EXCESS PAYABLE IN THE EVENT OF AN INSURANCE CLAIM

Vehicle is insured for commercial insurance. Driver is responsible for any damages to this car. The
insurance excess payable in the event of a claim is $2000, regardless of how the damage was caused.
The driver agrees to pay any damage amount incurred
within 7 days of damage.

7. REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES

(i). THIS VEHICLE USES UNLEADED FUEL ONLY. Cost incurred to repair the vehicle due to the wrong fuel type
being used will be the responsibility of the renter.
(ii). The vehicle is rented on an unlimited kms basis. However, reasonable use is a condition of rent. Under no
circumstances are other drivers allowed to drive the vehicle. Any unreasonable excessive use of the vehicle will
result in additional cost.
(iii). Cleaning - If the vehicle is returned in a condition that requires cleaning, the cost incurred will be the
responsibility of the renter.
(iv). Puncture - The cost of repair for a puncture is the responsibility of the renter regardless of how it was
caused
(v). Any glass breakage is the responsibility of the renter regardless of how it was caused. (vi). Please msg or
call 0451165614 Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm to service the car or when there are any issues
regarding the car. Only call outside these hours if there is
an emergency like an accident or breakdown.
