Main road, Race Course, Coimbatore – 641018.

This is only an offer letter, a detailed appointment letter, confirming your appointment with the
Organization will be issued only on submission of the below mentioned mandatory documents to the HR
department within five days of date of joining.

(a) Qualification Certificates.


(b) Experience/relieving letter &Salary certificate including clearance from your last employer.
(c) PAN Card (if applicable).
(d) Doctor Certificate.
(e) Address proof.
(f) Field Executive declaration (if applicable).
