1. Create a CashApp account using a VPN located in the debit card holder's state and fill it with their full personal and financial details. 2. Let the new CashApp account age for a few days with some transactions to avoid suspicion before linking the debit card and adding funds in increments of $65, $125, and $500 until the card declines further transactions. 3. Send the funds to a friend's CashApp and have them send it back to drain the debit card without detection and cash out the funds.

1. Make a cashapp using a VPN in the card holders state/town (debit fullz info) (needs ssn
and dob)
2. once you do it (also make sure it’s express VPN, not NORD it’s easy to detect) let the
acc age and get a couple transactions (do not turn off your VPN so the acc doesn’t look
suspicious)
3. link the debit card to the cashapp after 2-3 days of transactions, and add $65 (wait 10
seconds) add another $65 and then add $125 (make sure to wait the 10 or so seconds)
than add $500, than $125, than $500, repeat like that until the card declines
4. once you do this, have a friend’s cashapp to send it to, than have them send it to you,
and cash it out to a bank or go to the ATM (or leave it in your acc it doesn’t matter)
5. Repeat
