This instruction manual provides steps to remove the swirl flap plug for BMW N47 engines. It instructs the user to remove the inlet manifold and actuator bolts, pop the plastic clips holding the swirl flaps rod in place, and pull out the rod which will cause the flaps and clips to fall out. It then guides removing the plastic bush and rubber pad, applying oil to the plug's O-rings before inserting it with light hammer impacts, and reinstalling the manifold without needing actuator arms or reprogramming.
