Preparation of :

A- Glycerol jelly reagent


1- gelatin 15 g
2- glycerol 50 ml
3- distilled water 250 ml. F- Benedict reagent.
1- copper sulphate 8.6 g
B- Caffeine benzoate reagent 2- sodium carbonate 50 g
1- Sodium acetate 3- tri sodium citrate 86.4 gm
2- sodium benzoate 28 g 4- distilled water to 500 ml
3- EDTA 0.5 g
4- distilled water 500ml. G- Bayer's stock solution
1- copper chloride dihydrate 0.7g
C- Lactophenol solution. 2- acetic acid-glycial 1 ml
1- phenol 25 g. 3- distilled water to 107 ml
2- lactic acid 25 g
3- glycerol 50 ml H- Floride oxalate reagent
4- distilled water 250 ml 1- Sodium floride 1g
2- potassium oxalate 3g
D- Tris succinate buffer. 3- distilled water 100 ml
1- succnic acid 5.6 g
2- sodium hydroxide 1.0 g
3- sodium azide 0.1 g
4- distilled water to 1L

E- Alkaline cupric tartrate solution


1- potassium sodium tartarte 35.0 gm
2- sodium hydroxide 7.5 gm
3- distilled water to 100 ml
