1. I/we understand that the Developer is the absolute owner, seized and possessed of all that piece and parcel of land admeasuring 75,328.10
square meters or thereabouts equivalent to 18.61 acres consisting of CTS Number 124, 125, 126, 127, 127/1, 128, 146, 146/1, 146/2, 146/3,
146/4, 146/5, 146/6, 146/7, situate lying and being at Village Akruli, Taluka Goregaon (as per Property Register Cards), Taluka Borivali
(as per 7/12 extracts), Suburban District Mumbai 400101 (“Larger Land”).

2. In accordance with various approvals obtained by the Developer, including without limitation, the Intimation of Disapproval bearing
number P-17708/2023/(124 And Other)/R/S Ward/AKURLI-R/S/IOD/1/New dated 18th January, 2024 (“IOD”), I/we understand that the
Developer shall be undertaking the development of the Project (defined hereinafter) on an area admeasuring 44294.99 square meters or
thereabouts in aggregate, consisting of CTS Numbers 146/1(pt), 146/2(pt), 146/3(pt), 146/4(pt), 146/4, 146(pt), 146/7(pt), 125(pt), 126(pt),
127(pt), out of the Larger Land (“Layout Land”). It is clarified that the Layout Land excludes the areas which the Developer is mandatorily
required to handover to Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai and the EWS Land.

3. I/we understand that the Developer is in the process of developing a real estate project under the name and style of “Godrej Reserve”
comprising of residential units, commercial/ retail units along with Common Areas and Facilities and such other developments as may be
permitted on the Layout Land (“Project”), in phase wise/ segment wise manner.

4. I/we understand that the Developer is currently developing a portion of the Project/ Layout Land admeasuring 1,356.58 square meters or
thereabouts (“Phase Land”) comprising of 1 (one) tower consisting of upper ground floor+ 1st (first) to 8th (eighth) floor podium+ 9th to
41st upper floors (“Tower(s)”) and such other developments as may be permitted, under the name and style of “Godrej Reserve Wing 4”
(“Phase”) on contiguous pieces or parcels of land or ground bearing consisting of CTS Numbers 146 (pt) at Village Akruli, Taluka
Goregaon (as per Property Register Cards), Taluka Borivali (as per 7/12 extracts), Suburban District Mumbai 400101.

5. The Developer has registered the Phase under the provisions of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act 2016 (“Act”) read with
Maharashtra Real Estate (Regulation and Development) (Registration of Real Estate Projects, Registration of Real Estate Agents, Rates Of
Interest And Disclosures On Website) Rules, 2017 (“Rules”) with the Real Estate Regulatory Authority at Maharashtra (MahaRERA),
under project registration no - P51800054691.

6. I/We am/are adult Indian citizen/s, competent to contract under the applicable Indian laws.

7. I/We hereby are applying for issuance of a unit/flat as per our selected preference subject to the availability of the same. I/We agree that
you at your sole discretion shall be entitled to accept or reject my/our EOI Form at any time prior to issuance.

8. I/We agree that on your confirmation/ issuance of the unit/flat of our selected preference to me/us, the same cannot be changed/altered by
me/us.

9. Subject to availability of the unit/flat as per my/our selected preference, I/we confirm and agree that you have the discretion/right to
exercise any of the following options on the issuance date as may be communicated by you ("Issuance Date"): a) Allot the unit/flat as per
my/our selected preference subject to it remaining available on Issuance Date; or b) Allot an alternate unit/flat (subject to availability) in
the same Project/Phase, (upon my/our confirmation); or c) Cancel this EOI Form.

10. I/We understand, agree and confirm that:


a) In case you do not allot any unit/flat or cancel this EOI Form, then I/we understand and agree that you shall refund the EOI Amount
paid by me/us without any demur or interest, within 14 days from Issuance Date and upon such refund, I/we shall have no right, title,
interest or claim towards any of the unit/flat and/or the Project and/or any part thereof in any manner whatsoever.
b) EOI Amount: I/we shall pay an amount of INR ____________/- (Indian National Rupees _____________________ only) along with
this EOI Form (“EOI Amount“), as provided in Serial Number 20 of this EOI Form. In case the unit/flat as per my/our selected
preference or the alternate unit/flat (if confirmed by me/us) is allotted by you to me/us on the Issuance Date then terms and conditions
as detailed out under the Application Form shall govern. However, in case I/we withdraw/cancel this EOI Form any time prior to the
Issuance Date and/or I/we do not confirm the unit allotted by you to me/us then I/We understand that you shall refund the EOI Amount
paid by me/us without any demur or interest, within 14 days from Issuance Date or the date when the applicant has made a written
request to the you for cancelling this EOI Form, whichever is later. Further, upon such refund I/we shall be left with no right, title,
interest or claim towards any of the unit/flat and/or the project and/or any part thereof and/or the Developer in any manner whatsoever.
c) I/We hereby confirm that I/we have read and understood the treatment of the EOI Amount paid by me as specifically mentioned in the
EOI Form.

11. I/We agree and confirm that this EOI Form does not confer upon me/us any right, title and interest of any kind whatsoever into or upon any
unit/flat/Phase/ Project and is subject to compliance and performance of all terms, conditions and obligations of payments and other
requisites as will be mentioned in the application form/allotment letter/agreement for sale/any other document that may be executed from
time to time as and when called upon by you, without any delay or demur.

12. I/We am/are aware and hereby agree and declare that not withstanding anything contained herein or any arrangement between us (written
or otherwise), you shall have the right at any time prior to issuance, to cancel this EOI Form and refund the EOI Amount paid by me/us
without any demur or interest, and upon such refund I/we shall not have any claim against you in respect of any unit/flat//Phase/ Project.

13. I/We agree and undertake to sign all other documents including but not limited to application form, allotment letter, agreement for sale etc.,
in case the booking is confirmed to me/us. I/We understand and confirm that the application/booking/purchase of unit/flat shall be governed
by the terms and conditions of application form, allotment letter, agreement for sale and such other applicable documents ("Transaction
Documents").

14. I/We am/are aware about the details/documents in respect of unit/flat and/or Project and/or the Phase and have fully read and understood
the terms and conditions of the Transaction Documents as made available on Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016
("RERA") website prior to application/booking the unit/flat, including but not limited to my obligations, the terms regarding payment of
consideration towards the unit/flat, cancellation, forfeiture of amounts etc. I/We do hereby agree and undertake to abide and bound by them.

15. I/We further confirm that the decision to apply/book/purchase the unit/flat is out of my/our own free will after giving careful consideration
to the details of the unit/flat, nature and scope of the entire development, terms and conditions of the purchase, the disclosures contained
herein as well as made available on RERA website.

16. I/We have read and understood the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy and agree to the same.

17. I/We confirm that the advertisements/publicity material released by you/your Affiliates does not provide any warranty and may not be
providing complete details/disclosures as may be required under the RERA and I/we am/are not relying on the same for my/our decision to
apply/book/purchase the unit/flat.

18. All the information/details provided by me/us is true and correct. I/We further undertake to inform you/ your Affiliates promptly in case of
any change in the information and/or particulars furnished by me/us.

19. I/We understand that the acceptance of the EOI Form is at your sole discretion and is incumbent on the receipt of EOI Amount. I/We shall
carry the EOI Amount on the Launch Booking window as and when intimated to me/us.
