Recommended use
Hempel's Cementitious Wall Putty is recommended for use on interior
and exterior, precast or plastered concrete substrates, soffits, e.g. Reference dry film thickness

applied on top of 683ME, followed by a skim coat of Hempel's
Mastic Filler (386ME) before application of topcoats.
- For Exterior application, Hempel's WB Primer (28830) is to be
applied on top of 683ME, followed by a skim coat of Hempel's
Exterior Filler (38900) before application of topcoats.
