Income Document Requirements

Submission of income information will be via:


(a) SingPass: I will submit my Notice of Assessment / CPF statement electronically at
www.hsbc.com.sg/submitmyinfoincome (which requires SingPass login)

(b) Document Upload: I will upload my documents at www.hsbc.com.sg/upload. Acceptable income document(s) as follows:

Salaried employees: Self-employed / Commission based earners:


• Latest 3 months’ computerised payslips, or • Latest 2 years’ Notice of Assessment
• CPF Contribution History Statement for last 6 months’ or
• Latest Notice of Assessment and up to latest 3 months' computerised payslips

Important Notes and Declaration
Credit Limit Review request is subject to approval and only available to main cardholders who provide complete income
documents indicating an increase in monthly income and who have not had any credit limit revisions in the past 6
months. The maximum aggregate credit limit with HSBC in respect of unsecured credit facilities granted to a Singapore
Citizen/Permanent Resident whose annual income is not less than S$30,000 is up to 4 times the individual’s monthly
income, or an amount HSBC may in its discretion determine. HSBC’s decision in all matters relating to the credit limit
review shall be at HSBC’s discretion and shall be final and binding on the cardholder. The terms and conditions
contained herein are in addition to the HSBC Cardholder agreement, which shall continue to apply.

I/We hereby declare that all information given above is correct and complete and I/We further declare that I/We am/are
not an undischarged bankrupt. I/We authorise HSBC Bank (Singapore) Limited ("HSBC" or the "Bank") to verify all the
information from whatever sources the Bank may choose. I/We have read and agree by the Bank's terms and conditions
for the credit limit review. Please note that should the income documents reflect a lower earned income than what was
previously declared, HSBC has the right to adjust the current credit limit to reflect the latest earned income.

If there is any change to your contact details, please update it first by either (a) Logging on to Personal Internet Banking
(b) Completing a form or update via MyInfo. Details available at www.hsbc.com.sg/forms. (c) Visiting one of our
branches. Any updated contact details provided in this form will not be updated.

Note: Signatures of Supplementary cardholders (if any) are mandatory for the review of credit limit increases request. Incomplete forms
will not be processed.

Next Steps

(1) Submit this completed Credit Limit Review form


You can upload it on www.hsbc.com.sg/upload.
At “Select your product”, choose the option “Credit Card – Credit Limit Review”.
You will need to upload (a) your application form, (b) income documents and (c) for foreigners, please also provide
a copy of your Employment Pass (with at least 6 months' validity).

(2) Provide income information


You can do so by either via
(a) Singpass: www.hsbc.com.sg/submitmyinfoincome
(b) Document Upload: www.hsbc.com.sg/upload (together with your Credit Limit Review Form)
