CONTRACT AGREEMENT

PROPOSED 2 STOREY RSIDENTIAL BUILDING WITH ROOF DECK


Don Mariano Faculty Village Pasil Kauswagan Cagayan de Oro city

THAT WE, (Jason Tibon JMT Construction & Engineering Services), of legal age, married, a resident
of (Zone -3Mohon Tagoloan Misamis Oriental), hereinafter known as the CONTRACTOR and
(Mrs._________________________)of legal age, with address of Don Mariano Teachers village Kauswagan
cdo) and hereinafter known as the OWNER, do hereby agree and state:

1. That the CONTRACTOR agrees to finish the proposed 2 storey residential building with roof deck
located at (don Mariano teachers village pasil kauswagan cdo) at the contract price of Pesos:
716,760.00(Seven Hundred Sixteen Thousand and seven hundred sixty pesos).

2. That the CONTRACTOR shall be responsible in purchasing materials, recruiting personnel,


coordinating with the owner/s as regards to design details and approval of materials.

3. That the CONTRACTOR shall finish and turn over the said residential building at the said contract
price and in accordance with the plans and specifications

4. That the starting date of construction shall be on July 18, 2022

5. That the turnover date shall be on October 18, 2022

6. That the OWNER, agrees to pay the amount of Pesos: 150,000.00


at least 5 working days before the projected starting date as down payment and the balance to be paid in
progress billing breakdown us follows;

1.50,000.00 will be bill after completion of foundation or footing erecting of post from ground to 2 nd
floor
2. 50,000.00 will be paid after completion of 2nd floor beam and 2nd floor slab flooring

3.55,0000 will be apaid after 2nd floor column and and roof deck beam are complete

4.55,000 will be paid after roof deck flooring complete

5.60,000 wil be paid after hollow blocks are complete

6.50,000 will be paid after finishing are complete

7.50,000 will be paid after electrical wire nad lighting is complete

8.50,000 will be paid after tiles from 2nd ground floor and 2nd floor including cr is completed

9. 50,000 will be paid after all glass window and door are installed

10. 50,000 will be pain when painting start and bathroom fixture installed

11.46,760. Will be paid after the project is completed

That the SCOPE OF WORK are as follows:

1. CONCRETE WORKS
Foundation, concrete post , stell deck floor slab ,hollow blocks, stair, flooring
And finishing
2. WINDOWS AND DOORS
Sliding window with brown glass and analuk frame w/screen for windows
Solid panel door for main entrance and exit , pvc door for cr
3. ELECTRICAL
Thhn wire no. 12 and 14 for lighting and power outlet
Led light bulb for lightings

4. PLUMBING
4” 3” and 2 “ pvc pipe for waste and water pipe line drainage
½ pvc blue for water pipe line,
American standard or American classic for toilet fixture set
Shower set and floor drain for cr
5. TILLING
40 x 40 ceramic non gloss tiles for ground floor and 2nd floor
Provide water proofing material for roof deck
30x30 ceramic tiles for toilet and bath
6. PAINTING
Skimcoat preparation for all concrete walling
Latex water base paint for color and primer for wall finish
