Issue a dated check in the amount of Php25,000.00 payable to: Federal Land, Inc. Sign a Reservation Application (RA). Sign a completely filled out Buyers Information Sheet (BIS). Sign a one (1) time TIN, BIR 1904 form (Individual) Submit all the above documents with photocopy of two (2) valid IDs and Proof of Billing to your servicing agent. Get your acknowledgement receipt from your servicing agent.
