• Aute leukemia (ALL > AML) → ↑↑ WBCs
• If LDH ≥ 2x upper limit → high risk
• C/F-
– hyperuricemia → MSU crystals → AKI
– hyperkalemia → Arrythmias
– hyperphosphatemia
CaPO4 → AKI

• Tx – IVF + Rasburicase (C/ in G6PD deficiency) +/- Renal replacement therapy
