WELCOME
I will outline the most important factors in my opinion and how to build a
system to use this drug correctly.
Couple things to consider:
■ This like all drugs come with real work risks. I trust that you have
spoken to your prescribing physician and read the contra indications
and are aware of the potential side effects.
■ This drug is very powerful and thus has the capacity for great good or
can be very harmful.
■ I trust that you have already made the decision to use or are starting
to use, I am not here to talk you into it or out of it. Simply providing a
guide to use this drug and take advantage of the cheat code it
provides to afford you to build a successful system to maintain and
keep improving your physique and health after you are done using the
drug.
■ Have a plan going in. If you have a physician that is concerned about
your health and not just making $ off of you, a discussion should have
been had about how long you plan on staying on this drug and or
what the goal is. Example you weight 250lbs now in 3 month time
period the plan is to hit 200lbs. Or you are going to use for 3 months
then take time off, reset and use again if necessary.
■ If you are a female or male the end goal should be to lose body fat,
improve your metabolic health (ex insulin sensitivity), maintain or gain
muscle mass. This doesn’t mean you are going to have huge arms ect
but the more muscle you have the healthier metabolically you are.
■ You will build a tolerance to this drug fast. Assuming your physician
laid out what the dosing schedule looks like it’s easy to see you are
ramping up dosage fast to maintain the desired result. This is not
feasible financially for most and it’s just doesn’t make sense to say on
this drug for a long time, IMO the typical run should be 3-6 months
Max. depending again on how much body fat you have to lose and
why you weren’t able to do it without the drug.

■ The real gift here is your hunger will literally be removed. Think about
that concept for a moment. How would you eat if you were never
hungry and, in some cases, the habitual compulsion to eat is removed.
■ If you do not consume enough calories and specifically protein you
will lose muscle at very fast rate along with body fat. You do not want
this. Muscle is literally the key to life and longevity. With more muscle
you hormones all work better specifically insulin, with health insulin
metabolism you can stay leaner easier. I’ve often called semiglutie the
skinny fat drug as most people will not put in place a reasonable
system or eating plan and waste away. Yes is very cool to fit in to
those one pair of pants but you don’t want to look like a scarecrow
with flabby skin. Eating enough, starting a lifting program and cardio
will all help you coming out of the not skinny fat.

How Did You Get Here?
I just want to have you be honest with yourself here for a moment. I was a
fat kid and decided one day nor more and figured it out. Since then,
dedicated my life to being a bodybuilder. Along the way I have coached all
kinds of people. My biggest wins coaching clients are the handful of
people whom I have help go from obese by any measure of the word to
having a normal body, some with more muscle than others, but all able to
keep and maintain that new body for in some cases over 10 years now and
running. How was I have to help these people? It wasn’t by printing out a
diet and sending it them. It was getting to the real reasons why they were
eating that way, having them come to a moment in their life what I call
the switch got flipped. In a few of those cases it was a real medical scare,
in others someone in their life having a real honest and raw discussion
with them, and for others still for whatever reason woke up one day,
looked in the mirror and say NO MORE.
Now whether you are reading this because you are having difficulty
dropping 15 or 200 lbs of bodyfat, I trust that you are taking this drug,
paying the money and moreover found this guide that you truly want
change. Maybe that switch hasn’t fully clicked yet but with this gift of
semaglutide I think you can come out successful even if you haven’t
reached a place some call rock bottom.
How do we beat whatever reason you got here? In a nutshell? We create a
new system for you. What is a system. A system in this context is how you
are going to live and eat from now on. You have the gift for the next few
months of zero hunger and in some cases reduction in compulsory
behavior. If we can build new habits and new lifestyle that you use during
that time, when you come off you have a system of eating and new
lifestyle in place you have a very good chance of staying on.
For me being a bodybuilder my system is consuming a diet that is going to
support my training and goals for maintain, losing muscle and bodyfat.
Be my definition you wanting to lose bodyfat and look better, are a
bodybuilder. You have an idea or dream in mind what you want your body
to look like and are taking the actions to support that goal.

How Does A Bodybuilder Live?
Well we are consuming the foods we know our body needs to support
current goals. These foods are typically not available just anywhere, so we
always plan where are food for the day in coming from. Doesn’t mean that
you are walking around with a food scale at all times, however it does
mean creating a system to never be in a position to miss meals and or eat
something that is just way off plan.
Systems don’t have to be traditional types of diets such as keto, low carb
ect. We will build your system based on how certain foods work in your
body, for example when you eat broccoli you feel bloated and are gassy.
Guess what, we aren’t eating broccoli then. When you eat a egg white
omelet you feel great, then it’s on the list. Secondly, we are going to get
you used to knowing how many total calories you need to consume to get
you to the goal. This will be established at first by weighing food then
once your system is build, you know approximately how many calories
your eating per day, what types of foods you are going to eat and where
that’s coming from.
While using this drug you aren’t gonna feel like eating however it's
imperative that you do. It’s not “mandatory” you workout meaning do
cardio and or lift weights but if you want to exit this drug therapy and
come out the other side healthier, better body composition and the most
important aspect have a chance at making this a permanent change you
are going to want to. If you do not eat enough food and or do not lift
weights, or at least do cardio you will lose a lot of muscle along with the
bodyfat and bone density. You don’t want either of those to happen.
Muscle is the secret to healthy metabolism and longevity. Not to mention
think about how it will be to have a body you can do activities with you
simply can’t now. Congratulations you are now all bodybuilders.
Few of the rules I think are very important for you to start immediately
and do day in day out. One of the best kept secrets of hitting your body
transformation goals and maintaining it is just consistency.

Things I’m Going To Ask
I’m going to ask a few thing of you here in this section but if you can trust
me. If you can just take this leap of faith along with the one you took to
decide and try this drug. I promise you, you will come out better on the
other end for it. You will. Please use this time to make the change and
have it stick.
1. You do a 5-10 min walk few times a day, ideally this is after meals.
You eat breakfast, do a 5 min walk, same at lunch if you can and
after dinner. If you have a dog, take them out with you. Start with 5,
ultimately, I want you at 10. That’s it. Not doing anything else? Do
this. If you are doing a cardio session at the gym, ok I like that but I
really like you walking after meals. This little, tiny thing actually has
massive health repercussions. Way more than you would believe.
Extra credit if the morning and night walks are at sun rise, sunset.
Get the sun on your face. You will sleep much better too.
2. Always know where you are getting meals from or pack your food. Its
fine if you are eating lunch at the cafeteria every day as long as you
know you can get the food you need to eat. I am thinking like lean
meat, veggies, salad. If not, pack your lunch. Going to dinner with
friends, family? Cool can you get a 4-6 oz portion of meat and
vegetables? Or a salad with fish, chicken or meat on top? Low calorie
dressing? Great done. Don’t need to over complicate it.
3. Every time you eat think protein first, carbs second and fats last.
Why? Well it has to do with how those foods are broken down and
used. How many calories per gram of those foods, and how satiating
they are, not that that should matter too much as you shouldn’t be
hungry. Protein should always be the first consideration and the rest
of meal built around that. Especially in a situation where you are in a
calorie deficit, and losing bodyfat you will need protein coming in to
stop muscle loss and support your body. You may be scared of carbs
as most people who do not understand nutrition with a
practice-based knowledge are. I would rather see you eat a huge
salad with pieces of fruit in it, chicken breast on top and balsamic
vinegar than a burger with bacon, cheese, and no bun. Why? The
caloric difference is astonishing, the fat isn’t doing anything for you,
and carbs will help you overall in dropping bodyfat and maintaining

muscle. And folks we aren’t talking like plates of carbs. Ex. Side of
rice, small baked potato, unlimited vegetables.
4. In your system of eating, we want to start with 3 meals. No eating,
just to eat in between. If you need more calories or have more
muscle to preserve, then we will add another serving of protein to
supplement those 3 meals. Or if you need a snack, I would want to
you eat something like an apple, hard boiled eggs, cut up celery
and carrots, small bag of jerky. Definitely can add in if needed but
especially in beginning shouldn’t have hunger to deal with.
5. Drink fluids. Water, electrolytes, teas, coffee. Its ok to add some
flavor to your coffee but look at what you are adding, can you get to
the point where its milk over coffee mate higher calorie junk?
While you are losing bodyfat it's essential you stay hydrated. I for
decades started my morning with 16oz water, tbs of salt stirred in
and few ounces of lime juice. Today you can buy an electrolyte
product if you wish. Most important thing, hydrate when you wake
up and keep in going through the day.
6. Stay consistent. 3 meals a day, day in day out. Walking 5 min after
each meal that you possibly can with the goal to get to 10 min.
(again this is independent of your workout , if you are working out-
which you should be)
7. Stay away from alcohol. Goes against everything we are doing here
and it will slow down/ halt fat loss. Glass of wine once a week with
dinner? Sure. That’s about it.

Sample Meals
Breakfast
Eggs, vegetables and fruit. I like to have you start with a veggie omelet for
breakfast and a piece of fruit. Why not bacon ect? Listen if you are
sprinkling if some bacon bits for flavor ok, but I don’t want you adding 500
calories from fatty breakfast meats. Season with salsa, spices, etc.
Lunch and Dinner
Going to look the same 4-6 oz of meat, on top of salad and or with sides
like vegetables, rice, or baked potato. Again, hold the high calorie fat, no
butter finished steaks, for the potato can use sour cream but hold the stick
of butter. We don’t want to add calories like that from fats. Little butter?
Ok cool. Skip the loaded version with butter, bacon, cheese.
Perfect lunches are salad of any kinds with grilled chicken or meat. Just
watch out for the salad dressings. Think more like balsamic vinegar, or
olive oil and vinegar as opposed to ranch dumped all over the place.

If you want to get a little more granular I would start for a targeted caloric
intake by estimating your lean body mass and multiplying that by 10. I
don’t expect you all go out and get bodyfat tests but see the illustration
below for a rough estimate.
So If you weigh 250lbs and have an estimated bodyfat level of 30%
The calculation is 250 x .30 = 75 So you have an estimated 75 lbs of
bodyfat.
250 – 75= 175lbs, you have an estimated lean body mass of 175 lbs.
We then take that 175 and multiply by 10 for 1700 calories.
So as a rough guide we are shooting for you to hit about 1700 calories a
day.
I would start there and see how it goes. Again with the system its easy to
use a food app and track your calories so that you have an idea how many
you are taking in daily. There are apps today where you simply enter
where you are eating and what and they tell you the calories and macros,
or simply take a picture of the meal. We don’t have to get crazy here but
for instance if you eat 3 hardboiled eggs and 2 pieces of toast every day
you should know how many calories ( about 300) then you know you need
to hit 1400 more for the day presumably in with lunch and dinner and if
needed a snack. You simply make sure that you are getting a decent
serving of protein with each meal. (4-6 oz meat is ideal)

CONCLUSION
How’s that for a simple guide?
Thinking about where and how you are getting the foods you need to eat
for the day.
Never putting yourself in a situation to make a bad choice.
Simple exercise routine will have massive effects.
Drinking fluids, staying hydrated during the day.
This is bodybuilder life simplified. You do this day in day out. It becomes
habitual. At the time of your prescribed run of semaglutide, if you live and
breath this new routine, not only will you see amplified results, but you
will also have a better body at the end of it, and most importantly have a
new habitual routine that is simply your new lifestyle now.
