eCF No. 313486 /243: Sri Satyen Das ACS (Retired) and Sri Madhab Malakar AFS
(Retired) has been engaged for a period of 2(two) months to undertake the following
assignments -
1. Formulation of Draft Uniform HR Policy for all contractual employees under various
Missions/Societies under Govt. of Assam to bring about uniformity in terms of
engagement, increments, benefits etc.
2. Examination of the Service Rules of Assam Finance Service, Assam Audit Service,
Assam Accounts Service, Assam Economic Affairs Service etc and to suggest
amendments for In Service Training, Syllabus for Recruitment, Career
progression.
Each officer would receive a lump sum honorarium of Rs 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty
Thousand) only and no further allowances will be given. Finance Establishment-B will
provide secretarial services as required.
