SECOND JOBS

Aero Aviation expects you to consider your position as here as your primary occupation. We
do not discourage employees from having a second job, however, your position at Aero
Aviation should never be affected by it. Aero Aviation discourages their pilots to work with
other aviation companies as pilots. Aero needs to ensure that the pilots that are staffed have
the necessary clock time that is needed to perform their job at Aero.

Aero Aviation believes in promoting from within the Company. Consideration will be given to
the most qualified employees based on previous experience and performance records. It is

arrangement voluntarily. Interested employees are to speak with their supervisors.
