We, the undersigned students are currently taking Masteral Degree in Teaching Mathematics at Cagayan State
University-Aparri. One of our subjects is Educational Research and Statistics which requires us to conduct
research. We are conducting research entitled “Enhancing Understanding of Radicals of Grade 9 Learners
through Collaborative Learning Activities”. This study seeks to determine the performance of the learners after
learning through Individual Learning Activities in comparison to their performance after learning through
Collaborative Learning Activities.
The research will entail collecting data and profile from the grade 9 learners. Participants will be asked to give
their consent before the research begins. Their responses will be treated confidentially. Individual privacy will
be maintained in all published and written data resulting from the study.
Rest assured that the result will be communicated in your school after the conduct of the research.
