What was the Objective
To Prepare document for Transfer of Crude to Unit , which
can be used during start up.
To make new officer aware about offsite facilities available
in HRRL.
To Collect data related to all offsite facilities present in
HRRL
To Provide Comments on 90% model for Crude Oil Storage
Tanks
To Provide Comment related to Operation point of View on
Mangla Receipt Staion & SV -1 Station.
To Provide Comments on POMS format -1 with respect to
Civil structures.
To participate actively in the workshop to gain knowledge.
To keep the track of important material requirements such
as utility, manpower, electrical, instrumentation and other
miscellaneous facility like MSDS boards, safety signs,
permit system, fencing etc. in document.
To Provide Comments on Scheme for Transfer of Flushing
Oil to Refinary Units for Start up.
To improve the competency of the Commissioning group
regarding offsite to flare facilities.
