11. REMARKS
- WE WILL SUPPLY DRAWINGS, SPECIFICATION OF PURCHASING EQUIPMENTS,
INSTALLATION AND TOOLS AND CONSUMABLES (CUTTING WHEELS AND FIN &
TUBE HOLDER, ETC.)
- WE WILL SUPPLY A NOTE BOOK COMPUTER WITH SOFTWARE KEY FOR THE
PROGRAM.
- SOFTWARE & PANEL OPERATOR CAN USE ONLY ENGLISH LANGUAGE.
- MACHINES ARE PROTECTED AGAINST ELECTRIC FAULT OUT ON ELECTRICITY
LINE.
- MACHINES COMPLY WITH CHARACTERISTIC OF ELECTRICITY IN USER.
12. INFORMATION IN DETAIL
a. Followings are excluded in quotation (USER Scope)
- Dust Collector & duct line.
- Electric component & works.
- Cooling tower & Piping.
- Air compressor & air piping.
- Tube Bending M/C
- Fin Tube Oil Coating Unit.
( JR INTERNATIONAL TECH will provide the relevant drawings )
b. After – Service & Guarantee
- 24-Month(2 years) guaranteed after installation in your plant.
- 2,000-hour guaranteed for Vacuum Tubes, but we can’t guarantee in case
of customer’s faults or natural disaster.
- After-Service without compensation is limited to 4 times, and J-TECH
should pay for the expense (Air tickets round trip), meals & hotel for 2
times, and USER should pay for the expense for next 2 times.
- If you ask for more after-services, USER should pay the Cost of parts,
Service-visit at the rate of $ 350 USD /day per one engineer, and
expense for air ticket(round trip), hotel & meals for service-visit.
- In case the machine out of order due to our fault, we provide you with the
components for no cost of USER for 1 year.
c. Installation & Training
- Required number of people for installation in USER plant: 10 men
a. JR INTERNATIONAL TECH : 2 Men
b. From the USER: 10 men (electric-2, install the machine-8)
- Period of installation is 30 days, and if there is 3days additional period
because of conditions, then expense of Shall be paid by USER.
- 1 Engineer will be sent for repair & maintenance training for 30 days.
(not for production training)

The USER should offer ---- Notebook computer Pentium4 1 PC
One Electric PLC Programmer who can use
Mitsubishi PLC
1 Mechanical Engineer
※ Training for operation ---- 2 people for 30 days.
The USER should offer ---- 2 assistant for 1 machine.
※ Non-free training If required the additional training, USER shall pay to
JR INTERNATIONAL TECH with $ 350 USD /man/day, and supply the all
expenses such as hotel, meals & other.
