administrators; and
4. To cultivate a community of engaged and empowered individuals who work

The School-Based Management (SBM) Framework, as outlined in DepEd Order No. 8,


emphasizes the importance of involving stakeholders in school governance. Mass inductions
align with this framework by actively engaging students, parents, and community leaders in
school affairs.

Inductions serve as a practical way to engage students, parents, and community


members in the civic and educational affairs of the school. This aligns also with the

This event extends beyond the youth to encompass all stakeholders, particularly the
parents-teachers association (PTA). It serves as a formal recognition of the leadership roles
held by officers within the school community. By doing so, the school expresses its
appreciation for their willingness to shoulder responsibilities and contribute to the school's
betterment.

The Mass Induction event symbolizes the officers' commitment and accountability to
their roles. Through the oath-taking ceremony, officers publicly declare their dedication to
serving their fellow students and the school community. This formal act not only establishes
a sense of duty but also serves as a constant reminder of their responsibilities throughout
the academic year.

Furthermore, this event promotes a culture of involvement, empowerment, and


engagement within the school. It unites students, parents, teachers, and the administration,
emphasizing the collective effort required for effective leadership and positive change. By
showcasing the officers and their induction, it strengthens the bonds within the school
community, highlighting the significance of collaboration and cooperation in achieving the
school's goals.

X. HIGHLIGHTS:

 The Mass Induction was successfully conducted, promoting a sense of responsibility,


student leadership, and community engagement.

 All of the officers publicly demonstrated their commitment and accountability by


taking an oath.

 This served as an inspiration for aspiring leaders, fostering students and parents’
involvement and empowerment.

 It fostered unity and strengthened the bonds within the school community.

 The induction of the officers was conducted by Board Member Danzel Michael D.
Langkit, District I, Province of Kalinga.

 The Induction was witnessed by the presence of the MNHS learners, parents,
teachers and visitors contributing to its significance.

OUTCOME/RESULT:

The Induction formally recognized the MNHS officers' leadership roles,


instilled a sense of responsibility, inspired future leaders, and fostered unity within
the school community.

AGREEMENT:
 Continuous coordination between learners, stakeholders, parents, and
concerned agencies to support the officers and their initiatives.

MONITORING & EVALUATION

 The School Head will continue to monitor the activities of the officers throughout
the academic year based on the submitted proposed action plan by the different
Governing Body.

The Mass Induction of the GPTA, HPTA, Class and Club Officers for the School Year-
2024 was successfully conducted at Malagnat National High School in Pinukpuk, Kalinga. The
program aimed to instill a sense of responsibility, create a supportive environment for
student leadership, and cultivate a community of engaged individuals working towards the
betterment of the school and society.
