MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
FOR BLOOD CENTRE
This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is made at 01/10/2021
between M/s Satyam Hospital and Research Centre, 27 Pokhran
house, near UIT , opp. Railway hospital jodhpur (Part 1) and
Paras/Blood Centre Jodhpur (Part-2) run by KANU DEVI PARASMAL
METHA MEDICAL AND BLOOD
BANK CHARITABLE TRUST. JODHPUR
PUPOSE:
M/s Satyam Hospital and Research Centre (Part-1) is committed
provide its/patients timely and reliable to test results to ensure
appropriate patient care by processes that are efficient and
technology that is appropriate, operated and well-trained staff.
M/s Satyam Hospital and Research Centre (Party 2) is renowned
Blood Centre of Jodhpur
1- Paras Blood Centre (Party 2) is in year vicinity
2- Paras Blood Centre (Party 2) has a good infrastructure for Blood
Centre.
3- Paras Blood Centre (Party 2) Focuses on Blood Quality
4- Paras Blood Centre (Party 2) Provides Quality Blood for Patients.
5- Paras Blood Centre (Party 2) Provides Accurate Blood.

PAYMENT OF TESTS
The process fess (as prescribed by RSBTC) is to be name Patient of
M/s Satyam Hospital and Research Centre (Part 1)
This MOU may be terminated in the following circumstance
a- By the mutual consent of the Parties
b- On the expiry of 5 years form the Effective Date unless renewed
the mutual consent on month to such month on the expiry of which
termination ought have taken effect.
c- On the occurrence of any event or any omission which may lead to
the violation of obligations of either party.
d- The Parities agree that the MOU would be terminated in the
manner afforded by serving on the other parties notice of Sixty (60)
Days.
AFFIGNMENT
The parties shall not be allowed to assign or transfer their
respective rights or obligation terms of this MOU without taking
prior written consent of the other party the agreement.
CONFIDENTIALITY:
In order to ensure the effectiveness of the agreement both the
parties (aggrees to adhere to the terms and conditions confidential
and not share them same with any third party.
