Dear Amir,

How are you? I hope you are in the best of health. I am writing this
letter to share with you my success story regarding the completion of a
critical task awarded by my company.

Last week, our main production line stopped working and we had a
huge burden of an international order. The company had to dispatch
the order within two days and the main machine was halted due to a
technical fault. I managed to repair it within 3 hours and, therefore, our
company was able to dispatch the order on time.

Moreover, this task was important as these clients are a regular


customer of my company. Delivering not on time would result in the
cancellation of future orders which might bring a great loss to the
company.

I managed to review all the technical drawings with the electrical and
mechanical team and finally we were able to identify the fault. It was a
faulty component in the main control drive of the machine. I felt really
proud after rectifying this fault as I was awarded the best employee of
the month and was promoted to executive level. Every one present
there including supervisors, management and machine crew patted me
and admired my hard work.
