Yin Shou Gun
First group of movements – Chin: dìyī duàn ( 第一段)
1. Assume a rider's stance, resting the stick on your right forearm horizontally, like the shaft of a cart. (Chin:
马步挑棍 mǎbù tiāogùn)
2. Raise your knee and bring the club back (Chin: 提膝拉棍 tíxī lāgùn)
3. Step forward, assume a bow stance, and place the club on your back.
(Chin: 弓左步背棍 gōngbù bēigùn)
4. Step forward and move the stick to the right and assume a rider stance.
(Chinese: 马步右挑棍 mǎbù yòu tiāogùn)
5. Take a step, moving the stick in front of you to the left and assume the rider's stance.
(Chin: 马步左挑棍 mǎbù zuǒ tiāogùn)
6. Taking a bow stance, strike the club in front of you from top to bottom.
(Chinese: 弓步压棍 gōngbù yāgùn)
7. Jump forward while hitting the stick.

Second group of movements – Chin: dìèr duàn ( 第二段)
8. Turn your head to the left, looking towards the full moon.
(Chin: 回头望月 huítóu wàngyuè)
9. Make a feint step forward with your left leg, covering yourself with the stick before the attack
opponent. (Chin: 左虚步架推棍 zuǒ xūbù jiàtuīgùn)
10. Take a deceptive step forward with your right foot, covering yourself from the attack
opponent (Chin: 右虚步架推棍 yòu xūbù jiàtuīgùn)
11. Perform a quick kick while striking the stick.

Third group of movements - Chin: dìsān duàn (第三段)
16. Make flowery movements with the stick and then turn your head looking towards full moon (Chinese: 缠花 /
回头 望月 chánhuā / huítóu wàngyuè).
17. Jump, then kneel and strike with the stick while kneeling.
(Chin: 跳跪步压棍 tiào guìbù yāgùn)
18. Use your stick to block your opponent's actions from the right and left by removing his weapon
