“COVID 19: A Goldilocks Condition”

The COVID-19 Pandemic altered our way of life, including our educational system. I know that
almost all of us have a trouble adjusting as we continue our education through online learning
because we weren't prepared through simulations or practices beforehand. There are times that
personal problems and difficulties in studying coincide and we have nothing to do but cry in
front of our computer and modules. I know that regular classrooms are not also easy but having
friends that helps you makes it so much more manageable and less stressful. Online classes
eliminate the advantages of having friends with whom to socialize and can help you not only in
academics but also in your personal problems. I know that there are times when we feel so alone
and stuck with nothing but assignments. Our personal strengths and weaknesses are being tested
during this difficult time. We have been impotent during the multiple lockdowns. Many of us
were on the verge of seeking mental health treatment. With the fear of becoming infected, having
nothing to eat when the lockdown began, and losing jobs, it was truly a mental health survival
situation for us. It can all trigger or actually worsen mental health problems. But despite the
pandemic's negative effects, I am encouraged to see people discover their talents, engage in new
hobbies, spend quality time with their families, learn from life experiences, start a new business,
and, most importantly, strengthen their relationship and faith with God. I am gradually getting
used to the situation we have now, I have been able to adjust to our educational system, I have
learned to make time for myself and I have become stronger. And hopefully you too, hopefully
you can find friends who will help you, family to take care of you, and things that can motivate
you to keep fighting.

I'm sure we all have our own unique experiences this pandemic to share and that can benefit
others. Everyone is free to express themselves. Please use the questions I've provided below as a
guide. Thank you so much!
