ADDITIONAL COMMENTS

Maggie, it was so evident that you are more at ease in the classroom and your confidence is growing. The students really connect with
you. You reminded the class about expectations from sitting, to calling out, eyes on you…great cues and firmness to keep them
focused.

With your direct teaching, this was a very fast paced lesson with the students engaged and practicing the letter recognition and
phonemes. I was really impressed as they were rhyming, blending, substituting sounds so quickly. Repetition is key and that was
obvious in your lesson.

I look forward to seeing a math lesson soon. Time is flying by.
