❑ To Register, clients need to enter Rs. 5000 as a security deposit, which is applicable for refund after account closure, only if more than
Rs. 30,000 is spent in marketing.
❑ Client agrees to spend Rs. 1000+gst per day in marketing for 2-3 months in Kickstarter.
❑ After Kickstarter, ~40-50% clients become profitable, within average spend of Rs.40,000 in marketing
❑ Majority orders will be COD, as your brand is new. If you have an existing Razorpay/Paytm PG account, it can be integrated to website.
❑ Clients need to provide at-least 30 best-selling marketplace products, to be listed on website, and provide COGS (cost of goods), as
ShopDeck algorithm will price the products correctly to maximise profitability in kick-starter phase.
❑ Client will have to add their credit card/ debit card during their facebook ad-account setup. In case of failure, client has to transfer
Rs. 30000 for marketing to ShopDeck, and ShopDeck will run marketing on client’s behalf.
❑ All Whatsapp messages are chargeable, as per facebook official rates in India. ShopDeck doesn’t have any margin, and provides free
messages for the first 300 orders in Kickstarter phase.
❑ Shipping charges are applicable on all dispatched orders, whether they get delivered or RTO’d.
❑ After Profitability is achieved in Kickstarter Phase, seller can scale revenue by scaling daily marketing spend in Growth Phase.
All pointers have also been mentioned in the Merchant Agreement.
