● In this project you will be creating and submitting 3 tasks.
● All 3 tasks will have a video explanation of what you’ve built, and how. Videos
should be 5 mins or LESS, so stick to the major bullet points
● 3 projects should be in 3 different powerpoints -> all the high level, and thorough
details can go here. More details the better here.

TASKS BELOW!
TASK 1 - RECRUITMENT & MANAGEMENT
1. We’re looking to hire and manage a telemarketing team of 6 agents. Build an
End to End process of how you will attract, take through the process, hire, and
onboard 6 agents from your country.
a. We’re looking for job boards, job posts, your filtering process for
candidates, interviews, hiring paperwork, onboarding schedule. Make this
as detailed as you can.
b. Put your plan on a powerpoint
TASK 2 - RENTAL DISPOSITION - TENNANTS
2. Find and qualify quality tenants for a 12 unit apartment complex in Roseville
Michigan.
a. Create a End to end process to how you will find the tenants, how will you
qualify them. Add your website, sources, qualification questions,
parameters etc….. And anything else that's necessary to qualify tenants
and keep a continued pool of tenants to fill a 12 unit apartment complex.
Create an end to end process, and make sure to fill in all the necessary
details.
b. Put your plan on a powerpoint
TASK 3 - TIME MANAGEMENT
3. You have the following responsibilities on the day. Show us a visual of how you
will plan your day hourly and make sure you dont miss any tasks above. Give a
break down on a typical day between 8:30-6:30. Dont forget lunch time from 1-2,
and 15min breaks before and after lunch.
a. Add to schedule
i. You are in charge of creating a process and documentation for
Disposition department, 2 hours
ii. Have to juggle interviewing and qualifying tenants through out the
day, 6 screening interviews - 30 mins each
iii. You also have to send reports/KPIs on your progress. KPIs sent
every hour
iv. You also have to create job posts and screen some candidates for
the Marketing team. screening 100 candidates (1.5hrs), and posting
jobs on 2 platforms (20 mins).
b. Research the best tool for time management, where others can also view
it. Add your schedule in that tool
c. In the video make sure to explain what tool you used, and why, what were
your deciding factors.
