WRITING EXERCISE 10

Write a paragraph about 150 words about how to stay healthy


The more the society develops, the better human health enhances. Consequently,
everyone had better preserve their own health and here are a few ways mentioned
to stay healthier. First is to have a balanced diet and nutritious meals. Nowadays,
many people still try to lose their weights by skipping breakfasts, only eating
vegetables and some even just drinks water instead of having meals, which do
harm to their physical health. Nutrient experts advise people to get enough protein
and carbohydrates by eating enough meat, fish, eggs, vegetables, dairy products,
etc. Moreover, do not forget to drink enough two littres of water everyday and
drink a glass of water in the morning for a more productive body. Second is to
exercise steadily and regularly. This is undoubtedly effective when it does not only
make beneficial physical changes but also help to improve our brain and mental
health. Thus, you should take up a sport and play it whenever you have leisure time
to take advantage of it. Third is to have a logical and organizational routine. From
my point of view, it is the most crucial way compared to the two ones above.
Going to bed early, getting up on time and sleeping well enough are the crux of
this remedy. Should you have a big project, do not do it straight for four hours until
12 a.m, but divide it into parts and take some rest after carrying out it for a while.
In conclusion, health is indispensible for everyone to do anything they want to do
so it is necessary to maintain a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
