Writing a Biography
A biography is the story of someone’s life. It is different from an autobiography, in which
a person writes the story of his or her own life. A biography typically covers both a
person’s personal life and their significant achievements.
DIRECTIONS: Select a person that has accomplis hed something notable that interests you
and whom you would like to learn more about. Do research and reflect to answer the
following questions about your subject. Then write a short biography of the person.
