Dear Candidate,
1. With reference to your application and interview you had with us, we are pleased to offer you the following
position with the terms & conditions given below.
⚫ Position : Brand Promotor
⚫ Workstation : Branch
⚫ Reporting to : Branch Manager
⚫ Appraisal : Annual.
⚫ Weekends : According to branch off day
⚫ Leave : According to branch off day
⚫ Timing : 10am – 9pm
⚫ Salary Per month
a) Basic Salary : BDT 16,500
b) Lunch Subsidy :
c) Conveyance Allowance :

Note: “Performance Bonus” will be added with the salary based of monthly performance (indicated by KIP).
“You will get only “Basic Salary” of BDT16,500 until end of the probation period 3 months . After completing
your Probation Period you will get all the other applicable benefits of iStock BD including Lunch Subsidy,
Conveyance Allowance and Performance bonus.”
⚫ Period of Probation : 03 months
⚫ Charter of duty : As per service regulation.
⚫ Date of Joining : February 16, 2024
⚫ Notice period : Your services may be terminated /discontinued on the issuance of
02 months’ notice from either side or subject to payment of 02 month basic of pay in lieu thereof. However,
termination on the disciplinary grounds will be dealt with separately.
⚫ Income Tax : To be deducted at source (If Applicable).
2. General terms and conditions that will apply to you:
a. You will not, either directly or indirectly engage yourself, in any other full- time or part- time job or
profession, or business anywhere unless explicit permission is taken from the concerned authority.
b. The rules & Regulations as framed by the organization from time to time shall become conditional upon
you and by which you shall abide.
c. Your initial place of work will be at Head Office.
d. You will remain on Probation for a period of 03 (Three) Months.
e. Your Services may be terminated at any time during the probationary period without assigning reason and
compensation.
f. You will be entitled to get all facilities as per Company's Policy after the Completion of the probationary
period.
g. Friday is weekly day off.
h. Two Festival Bonuses will be provided 50% on your basic salary.
i. Can enjoy half of the total Gov’t holiday around the year.

j. CL, EL, and SL will be enjoyed as per our HR policy of the company.
k. You are required to abide by the rules and regulations of iStock Group in Bangladesh and your salary will
be prepared under the iStock Group payroll.
3. You are required to submit your Joining report to the Head of HR - no later than
February 16, 2024
4. You will be required to submit the following:
i.Attested copies of academic and professional certificates along with original ones, which will be returned
to after verification.
ii. 01 NID copy, 04 recent passport size & 1 stamp size photograph.
iii. Nominee 01 NID copy, 01 recent passport size photo of your nominee.
iv. Reference from 2 respectable persons.
5. Please signify your acceptance of these terms and conditions of employment by signing the duplicate copy of
this letter and returning the same to us for official purposes.
