v. Count all POOH Joints
vi. All POOH joint should be store away from working Zone ( No-Norm test has been done)
vii. Driller has to monitor the String Wt. ( if got Drag of Over pull call FIC/Zfod directly
viii. X-over to TIW have to be on rig floor ( check it by hand and confirm its adequate)
ix. Cont. filling the well thru Trip tank and prepare trip sheet.
x. Check ESP and perform quick view, check the max OD of retrieved ESP
xi. A hole cover must be used at all times to prevent dropped objects falling into the well
b. Slickline
i. Remove bell nipple and mouse hole boot
ii. Rig to be on top of 13-5/8" Annular BOP
iii. Confirm ID of flange is enough to pass the GC (Check by WSL, not applicable)
iv. start filling the well thru BOP kill line and check losses, NEVER stop filling
v. R/U SL PCE on top of Annular BOP & P/T to 2000 psi
vi. ** Keep Blind ram close while R/U SL
vii. RIH SL with 5.9" GC BHA and check BPTD, Confirm depth with FIC & Zfod CM
viii. POOH SL to surface & R/D PCE
ix. Install Bell Nipple and mouse hole, resume fill the well thru Bell Nipple
x. • Only SL Spv is responsible to instruct the driller to close BOP.
c. Cleanout BHA to 300 m
i. RIH Cleanout BHA
ii. P/U M/U clean out BHA (as per schematic)
iii. All pipe and assemblies has to be drifted and measured (OD, ID and length). Send data be email to WSL
iv. Perform Break Circulation when complete M/U Clean out BHA
v. Pay attention all time on weight indicator
vi. RIH Cleanout BHA as per tally
vii. Don’t rotate the string
viii. Break Circulation / 500 m
ix. Safety clamp (Dog collar) must be use at first & last 15 Jts while RIH or POOH
x. Scrape all interval as per tally
xi. Scrape interval 200 ‐ 300 m (ESP Packer depth = 239 m)
xii. Keep monitor the well on trip tanks and report the losse
xiii. POOH
xiv. POOH Cleanout BHA and R/B 3-1/2'' DP in singles (Next Trip ESP String)
xv. keep monitor the string Wt. carefully
xvi. keep filling the well thru trip tank and check losses
xvii. Use safety clamp while lay down clan out BHA
xviii. More care required while lay down the jar
xix. L/D BHA and checking for missing tools (Report BHA Situation)
d. Tubing Hanger Dummy Run (Conventional)
i. Check Visually THGR's thread, seals and transition carrier
ii. Confirm Dummy penetrator and plug to CL port are available
iii. Prepare landing joint with clean thread and should in good condition
iv. check and measure length of alignment & tie down screws in open and close position
v. Orient THGR & RIH slowly till land THGR in THS (alignment pin should be in closed position)
vi. tighten all tie down and alignment screw (all tie down screw should have same length
vii. Mark the landing joint at same level of rig floor with permanent paint
viii. P/T BOP (Annular & pipe ram) to 500/2000psi-5/15min. (Keep casing valve open)
ix. Keep casing valve open while pressure test

Derrick man to keep all mud tanks fully.
check all chemical materials on location, inform WSL directly 2 days before any required materials
Keep add additive to mud tanks as per program
2. Pipe Handling

- During crew change meeting, please have quick reminder with all rig crew about the pipe handling procedure.
- NO one stay in or near the catwalk during PU / DP.
- Floor man to have enough distance (save distance) when he push the TBG joint to the V-door.
- Driller to have a look on the V-Door & Catwalk camera BEFORE P/U or L/D DP.
** Drift each Joint before RIH(Never M/U new jt to the string till confirm the drift on the rig floor, never keep more than one on rig floor).
