Ÿ LT Panels:
LT Panel is an electrical distribution board that receives
power from generator or transformer and distributes the
same to various electronic devices and distribution board.
Our LT panels are designed to work with low electricity
consumption that makes them cost effective manufacture
Automatic Power factor Control(APFC) panels, Machine
Control panels, Power Control Center.

Ÿ HT Panels:
HT means high tension or high voltage, where in a small
current is used with a very high voltage(for creating
plasma).HT Panel is like LT Panel except that it is used for
high tension cables.
LT-PANELS
Ÿ Rated current upto 6300A.
Ÿ Fault level upto 100KA for 1 sec.
Ÿ Construction of Panel : 2A/2B/3A/3B/4A/4B.
Ÿ Seismic zone IV & V certified.
Ÿ Degree of Protection: IP 52/IP 42/IP 54/IP 65.
Ÿ Bus bar: Aluminum or Copper.
Ÿ Interleaved design of Main bus bar for ratings above 3200A.
Ÿ Panels are functionality color coded for easy identification of
feeders.
Ÿ Transformer I/C Feeder - Blue.

POWER CONTROL CENTERS
(PCC)
Ÿ The Power Control Centers comes in LT-HT Panels. The Power
Control Center (PCC) has a compartmentalized panel with a
current carrying capacity up to 6300Amp.
Ÿ PCC is a common control panel with different vertical sections
from where the different electric parameters are monitored
and controlled.
Ÿ This range of PCC’s is very effective in handling very high
current at low voltage .
Ÿ Our Power control Centers (PCC) are used for diverse
industrial applications.
Ÿ We manufacture Power Control Centers Upto 6300A rating,
suitable for operational Voltage of 4.15V in a 3-Phase 4-wire
system.
Ÿ Our PCC's are made to IS 8623 specification & has a Short
circuit withstanding capacity of 65 KA for 1 Sec.
Ÿ Our PCCs can be supplied with in-built load scheduling
systems and alarms which help to trip the identified non-
critical loads when the source (EB/DG) is overloaded.
Ÿ We can provide the IP: 54 & IP: 55 degree of protection with
single front / Double Front design.
Ÿ These panels are made of quality raw material and are ex-
tremely sturdy in construction.
AUTOMATIC POWER FACTOR
CONTROL PANEL (APFC)
Ÿ We offer APFC panels with Capacitor Banks with ample space
provided for the Capacitors within the panels for efficient
heat dissipation.
Ÿ We also ensure that proper care is taken against the Re-
switching ON of the Capacitor Bank before it is fully dis-
charged.
Ÿ We also manufacture a Real Time Automatic Power Fac-tor
Correction Panel, which is also known as a Thyristorised APFC
Panel. In these panels, Thyristors are used instead of
Contractors for switching the capacitors.
Ÿ The capacitors are switched at Zero point on the AC wave
form on account of which no harmon-ics, in-rush current or
surges are generated at the time of switching of capacitor in
the network.
Ÿ This method of switching also increases the life of capac-itors
and efficiency of the electrical instal-lation.
Ÿ Our Thyristorised APFC panels are programmed to activate
required no. of capacitor banks automatically irrespective of
the source (EB/DG) to ensure harmonics re-duction.”
MOTOR CONTROL CENTERS
(MCC)
Ÿ In many commercial and industrial applications, quite a few
electric motors are required, and it is often desirable to
control some or all of the motors from a central location.
Ÿ The apparatus designed for this function is the motor control
center (MCC).
Ÿ Motor control centers are simply physical groupings of
combination starters in one assembly.
Ÿ A combination starter is a single enclosure containing the
motor starter, fuses or circuit breaker, and a device for
disconnecting power.
Ÿ Other devices associated with the motor, such as pushbuttons
and indicator lights may also be included.
Ÿ We manufacture MCC of Single Front & Double Front Design
which are made to IS 8623 & Short Circuit with-standing
capacity of 65 KA for 1 Sec.
Ÿ Our MCCs are compatible with automation systems like BMS /
SCADA and energy manage-ment systems.
Ÿ We can provide the IP: 54 & IP: 55 degree of pro-tection.
Ÿ Switchboards offered are in Fixed and Draw-out type
configuration. Starters include :-
1 Automatic Star / Delta Drives .
2 Direct on line.
3 Variable Frequency Drives.
4 Soft Starters.
HT- PANNELS

Ÿ HT Panel is like LT Panel except that it is used for high tension

cables.
Ÿ HT panels are compact outdoor type systems, which are
broadly used in substations.
Ÿ Our product range is prepared from Circuit Breakers or switch
fuse on HT side, which protects the equipment from sudden
voltage fluctuations.
Ÿ HT panels are precisely designed following strict industry
parameters and are appreciated for features like superior
quality and cost effectiveness.
Ÿ HT Panels are also available from original equipment
manufacturers (OEM) to incorporate installations or for use in
repair, retrofit and upgrade projects.
