3. GOALS AND OBJECTIVES:
Goal: To help the grade 12 learners of our school to become God-centered, learner-
empowered, prosperous youth living in unity, freedom, love and peace that will turn
them responsive, competent, disciplined and trustworthy upon leaving the Matalang
National High School.

5. OVERVIEW/RATIONALE: Pursuant to DepEd Memo No. 55, s.2021
One of the Departments advocacies is to promote the core values learning for our
students which is one of this is the MAKADIYOS. In line with this, Senior High School
students especially grade 12 learners must be equipped these learning values because we are
preparing them to lead the community. To able to secure our learners that they are ready to
interweave in our society we must equipped them this values and to develop other three(3)
core values the MAKATAO, MAKAKALIKASAN, MAKABANSA,
