Delivery process:
We reviewed our internal logistic processes and therefore ask for your support, as our valued clients, with our new, more
streamlined, and logistical Order and Delivery process. The result of this streamlined process is to ensure your products
are delivered timeously during the day.
Order flow with examples
Any orders placed within a working day before 2 pm (i.e., Monday, up to 2 pm) will be processed and delivered the next
working day (i.e., Tuesday) as per the scheduled route for the day.
Any orders placed within a working day after 2 pm (i.e., Monday, 2 pm, and later) will be processed and delivered two
working days after that (i.e., Wednesday) per the scheduled route.
