CREATE
A SIGNATURE
1. Click “New Email”

2. Click “Signature”,
then select “Signature”

3. Click “New”
4. Type a name for this signature, then click “OK”

5. Type your signature and format it the way you like, after that click
“OK”

When you click create a new email,
you can see the signature that you created in the left corner as below
picture

ATTACH A FILE
2. Click “Attach File”, then select a file
that you want to attach from “Recent
items” or “Browse This PC”

CREATE A RULE
ON A MESSAGE
1. Right-click “Inbox” to create new
folder
2. Right-click an existing message and
click “Rules” then “Create Rule”

3. Select a condition, and what to do with the message based on the
condition,
then select folder for move the item

For example, to move messages with a certain title to a specific folder, select
the Subject contains condition, select Move the item to folder checkbox

4. After select the folder, click “OK”, click Run this new rule now on
messages already in the current folder checkbox , then click “OK”

If you want to select others condition,
you can press “Advanced Options” for more
condition

You can see a condition, action or exception by click “Next” as below
picture also can select what do you want to do with the message

To use the rule right away, select Run this rule now on messages already in
“inbox” checkbox, then click “Finish”

CLEAN UP
MAILBOX
When you mailbox is full
1. Click
“File”

2. Click “Cleanup
Tools”, then click
“Archive”

1. Select the mail folder that you want to
archive
2. Select the date
3. Click “OK”

folder
on the left column

4. And you can see all of email that you archive on the right
column as below picture after you click on “Archives”

QUESTION
1. If you want to select condition when you create a rule on a
message, you can press ….. to see more condition
2. No need to type a name for signature when you create a
new signature, isn’t it ?
3. You can select a file from …… and …… to attach in your e-
mail
