7. Building construction/ sales
8. ability to oversee your existing properties, and ongoing projects in real time
For these services to be unique, users of the app can have up-to-date/ real time access to the services they
subscribe to on the app.
We have further decided that you should help to achieve the following;
1. Develop or help contact someone with the capacity to develop an app around the services we have
outlined above, and other services you believe will enhance the application to solving real estate problems
2. Ensure that app necessary steps required to launch this app
3. Advice on ways to market the app
4. Continuously ensure that the app is up-to-date to meet users’ needs.
