Sterling Infrastructure LLP (earlier known as Sterling Infrastructure Private Limited) and KJS Colonisers LLP (formerly known as Rizon Developers Private Limited). The Project is being developed over a period of time and
comprising of 146 residential units and such other development as may be permitted on the project land, pursuant to License no. [47 of 2013 dated 06.06.2013] and [109 of 2014 dated 14.08.2014] and Building Plan bearing
memo no. [ZP-897/AD(RA)/2014/19120 dated 20.08.2014] and [ZP-897/SD(BS)/2015/14623 dated 07.08.2015] which are valid till [19.08.2024 & 06.08.2025,], (“DTCP”) for the Project (as renewed from time to time) and
layout map/ Site plan duly approved alongwith with the building plan approval vide memo no. [ZP-897/AD(RA)/2014/19120 dated 20.08.2014] and [ZP-897/SD(BS)/2015/14623 dated 07.08.2015] which are valid till
[19.08.2024 & 06.08.2025 by DTCP and any further revisions in future. The Project is duly registered with Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (“HRERA”) vide HRERA Registration No.
[RC/REP/HARERA/GGM/747/479/2023/91] dated [18.09.2023] (website: [https://haryanarera.gov.in/]). The terms of allotment/sale shall be subject to (a) Application Form, and/or Allotment Letter, and/or Agreement
