Black Bill
Barley Bramblebill was stronger than the average Satyr,
even at a young age. A tall young buck with dark brown fur;
Naturally he was popular, a talented dancer, singer and
reveler. When a small troupe of Satyr went to investigate a
disturbance in the forest Barley discovered a jet black great
stone axe. This axe was from the Shadowfell, it corrupted
him, turned his fur as black as the axe, his features more
bestial and replaced his revelry with bloodlust. Barley was
dead, and Black Bill was banished from the woods.
Terror of the Wilds. Black Bill roams the wilds, seeking
to quench his thirst for blood, practising his newly found
hexes on whatever unlucky souls cross his path. Bill
intends to gather power through practise, and hunts for
more of the shadowfell energy.
The corrupting power of the shadowfell is slowly
overtaking Bill’s body, making him taller and stronger. His
fur is long, black, matted and smells like a cross of a skunk
and rotting eggs. His horns have become long, black and
twisted, ending in razor sharp points, just like his claws.
Bill is addicted to the power of the axe, and the axe does
not intend to let him go.

is a critical hit on a roll of 19 or 20 on the d20.

slashing from non magical weapons that aren't one target. Hit: 8 (1d10 + 3) bludgeoning damage. If
silvered. the target is a creature, it must succeed on a DC 13
Senses darkvision 60 ft., passive Perception 12 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone.
Languages Common, Elvish, Sylvan, Abyssal Stone Greataxe. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit,
Challenge 4 (1,100 XP) reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 10 (1d12 + 4)
bludgeoning damage.
Aggressive. As a bonus action, Bill can move up to his
speed toward a hostile creature that he can see. Legendary Actions
Hexblade's Curse (Recharges after a Short or Long Bill can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the
Rest). As a bonus action, Bill places a baleful curse on options below. Only one legendary action option can
one creature he can see within 30 feet. The target is be used at a time and only at the end of another
cursed for 1 minute. Until the curse ends, Bill gains creature's turn. Bill regains spent legendary actions at
the following benefits: the start of his turn.
Damage rolls against the cursed target deal an Move. Bill moves up to his speed without provoking
additional 4 (1d8) necrotic damage. opportunity attacks.
