Stress isn’t just a problem for adults. Young people, however, are also suffering from stress for different
reasons. Students feel pressure to complete daily homework, finish projects and study for exams. Moreover,
teens may also participate in other activities such as sports and clubs. These activities need much time to

farming was introduced by various cultures around the world. Terraced farming can not only help to increase
