1. Introduction
1.1 Background of the Placement
I was thrilled to announce my acceptance into an internship program at Sitaula Tech
Solutions, or STS, an innovative IT company situated in central Itahari of province 1
in Nepal. STS specialized in Computer and Network Systems, along with crafting
custom high-performance PCs. Notably, STS proudly held the distinction of being
the pioneering and sole provider of advanced network resources and expertise in
eastern Nepal to date. Their commitment to excellence and cutting-edge technology
set them apart in the region, a dynamic and exciting place to learn and grow.
For the years, the company has effectively made significant contributions to the IT
industry. It has garnered a reputation for its active involvement in the realm of digital
marketing, aiding brands in sharing their narratives with a global audience.

1.2 Structure and Role of The Company

Sitaula Tech Solutions (STS) has been actively contributing to the IT industry,
resulting in the expansion of the CompanyName family's workforce. STS has gained
recognition for its impactful presence in digital marketing, aiding brands in sharing
their narratives worldwide. Additionally, while the company is equally active in web
application development, its team in this domain is relatively smaller compared to its
digital marketing division. During the internship program, which took place onsite, we
were hired specifically for web application development roles. Our primary contact
within the company was Mr. Roshan Majhi from the Web, App, and Security
Department, overseen by the Executive Director, Mr. Sabal Sitaula. Our thorough
introduction to all company departments occurred during our initial meeting with Mr.
Sitaula upon our appointment as interns.
1.3 Details of The Specific Department Worked In
Upon being selected for the internship project at Sitaula Tech Solutions (STS), three
interns from Itahari International College were designated for web application
development under the supervision of Mr. Roshan Majhi, the head of the Web, App,
and Security Department. Our primary task was to focus on the development of an
in-house application as directed by our supervisor.
Throughout the project, our main focus remained on crafting and refining the
functionality and features of the in-house application within our department. We
primarily collaborated with our supervisor and fellow team members to ensure the
success of the project. Mr. Roshan Majhi, serving as our team leader, provided
invaluable guidance and support, steering us towards the successful execution of
our tasks. His leadership and expertise were instrumental in driving the project
forward and achieving our objectives effectively.
