Introduction
R series is the result of a deeply studied compromise between features and cost, without decreasing the
reliability and quality. With R series RAM Audio is proud to offer an unmatched quality product with a very affordable

Reliability facts
- Short cooling tunnel with high efficiency aluminium heatsink to minimize thermal gradient between power devices

Protections
R series has built-in protection systems that take care about the speakers and the amplifier itself. They are:
- DC protection via output relay, providing a reliable way to do it.
- SOA guard protection, to limit the power the amp delivers to an incorrect load or to direct short-circuit, saving the
power transistors from burning.
- Power on/off muting, to avoid any transient thump at speakers
- Soft start, to avoid breakers tripping and to establish supply rails before audio performance.
- Over-heating protection, to avoid fault in case of bad cooling or inadequate environmental conditions.
