1. Rendered Patrol duties on March 17, 2024


2. From 6:40 pm to 11:30 pm
3. Pre-deployment specific instruction received:

Patrol the crime prone area, increase police visibility on the neighborhood; aid and support
significant case that occurred in your presence as patrol officer.

Action Taken: Implementing a patrol post around and within the Area of Responsibility, engaging foot patrol
around the vicinity and ensuring the proper communication bridge with other unit in the area to promote
effective policing.

4. Incidental/Unusual events/situations:

Major Events:

A night market event was conducted on the highway of Dumingag, Zamboanga Del Sur, border line of Barangay
San Pablo and San Pedro. Celebrating the fiesta of Dumingag as its tradition and culture.

Intoxicated Man or UI Person:

A man in his legal age intoxicated by an alcoholic drink who was causing disturbance to the public. Making the
crowd afraid and do their usual doings.

Action taken: Ensuring the police visibility to the goers of the said event by turning on the flashing lights or
siren of the patrol car, implementing the Police Post that is easily identifiable incase of emergency. Police
Officers conducting foot patrol around the area. Person who caused chaos and fear to the goer has been detained
for alarms and scandal, article 155 of the RPC.

5. Public safety concerns:

Manhole cover got remove for unknown reason, shattered bottle on the road.

Action Taken: Fixing the cover with the help of LGU Engineering Office and with the Sanitation Office for the
shattered bottle.

6. Other public safety services rendered:

Assisting Person with Disability to crossed the road with his wheelchair.

10. Patrolled the MUST Dos such as:

When engaging in patrol duties, you must ensure that you have proper equipment such as radio, tasers or pepper
spray, cuffs, flashlight, first aid pouch and most importantly, guns. Updates your patrol supervisor your location,
place and situation. Be alert all time, be observant and the presence of mind should exist when patrolling crime
prone areas

11. Remarks/Recommendations:

Increased Patrol Frequency, continuously evaluate patrol schedules to ensure adequate coverage during
peak crime times and adjust patrol routes as needed based on emerging trends and community feedback .
