Button Operations:
Previous/Next Song Button: When it’s on music playing
interface, touch Previous / Next Song Button to go to the
previous/next song. Hold the Previous/Next Song Button
for fast rewind/forward. When it is on main menu
interface, touching this button can adjust left and right.
Power On/Off Button: Holding the Power Button for 3s,
the device will power on/off. Click Power Button, the
screen of the device will be locked.
Return Button : In any interface, touch Return
Button to back to the previous menu. Hold the Return
Button back to main menu interface. (Except in
screensaver)
Volume+/- Button: Click the Volume Button in any
interface to adjust the volume.

Up/Down Button: Touch Up Button/Down Button will
adjust up and down menu in main interface or sub-menu
interface.
OK Button: Touching OK Button will play or pause the
song when it is in playing interface. This button is also to
save the settings in settings interface.
Menu Button: Touching Menu Button in playing
interface will enter to sub-menu function interface.
Recording Button: Holding Recording Button in any
interface will enter into recording interface.
A-B Recording Button: Touch A/B Button in playing
interface, the character “A-B” will show on the screen.
The start time will be set when character “B” is flashing,
and the recording time will ends if touch A/B Button.

Note: Please kindly understand there is a bit different


from the operations and please be subject to the actual
products.

Date Transfer
Connect to the PC via a USB cable, copy the music and
other related materials that need to be transferred on
the computer hard disk, and then switch to the player

capacity disk and paste them to realize data
transmission.

Charge the Player


1. By charging the music player with the included USB
cable. The USB cable can both be used for data transfer
and charging the player.
2. By connecting to a computer or a charger (The charger
is not included in the package )
Attention: The specification of the charger must meet
the following requirements, or any accident or failure
happened will be regarded as man-made damage.

Operation Instructions
Main Interface
Choose the function, and touch OK Button to enter.

1. Music
After choosing Music, touch OK Button to access to its all
function. Touch Up/Down Button to choose the song,
and then touch OK Button to play.
Volume Adjustment: Click Volume+/- Button to adjust
the volume. (Volume adjustment operation is the same

in Radio, Video, Recording, Bluetooth, Playback.)
Play/Pause: Touch OK Button will play/pause the playing
on playing interface.
Rewind/Forward: Hold button / for fast rewind/
forward.
Track Transfer: Touch button / to go to the
previous /next song.
Music Playback Settings Interface: While it’s on music
playing interface, touch Menu Button to access its
sub-menu. The related functions will be listed: Play
mode, Sound settings, Add to playlist, Remove from
playlist and Delete. Touch Up/Down Button to select the
function and touch OK Button to save. (The operation of
accessing to sub-menu interface is the same in Video,
Ebook, Radio and Picture.)
Return: In any interface, touch button to back to the
upper menu. Hold the button back to main
interface.
Note: The return operation is the same as the following
functions.

2. Video
Video: Select Video, touch OK Button to access to video
interface.
Playback/Pause: Touch OK button will play/pause the
video when it is in playback.
Rewind/Forward: Hold button / for fast rewind/
forward.
Video Transfer: Touch button / to go to the
previous /next video.
Attention: Rofeer Music Player only support the AMV
format video in 240*320, you should convert video files
by format conversion software first.

3. Radio
Select “Radio”on the main menu, click OK Button to
access to Radio Interface, and touch OK Button to search
signals. (Note: Wired headphones are required as
antenna for FM radio function.)
Function select: Touch Menu Button to access to
sub-menu interface. A related list will show including
“Presets”, “Manual tune”, “Auto tune”, “FM recording”.

4. Picture
Select “Pictures” in main menu, touch OK Button to
access to its function. Touch / to the previous/next
picture.

5. Recording
Start Recording: Select “Recording” in main menu, touch
OK Button access to sub-menu interface, and then select
“Start voice recording” to begin recording.
End Recording: Touch will show “Saving recording?”
When the recording pause, select “Yes” to save the
recording.
Play Recording: Select “Recording library” in sub-menu,
touch OK Button access to recording library, and choose
the recording file to play.
Record settings: Enter to sub-menu interface, and the
related functions will be listed: Record Format/Record
Settings, etc. Touch Up/Down Button to select the
function and touch OK Button to save.

6. EBook
Select “Ebook” in main menu, touch OK Button access to
its interface.

Page up/down:Touch Up/Down Button to the page
up/page down.
Ebook Setting: While on the text playing interface, touch
Menu Button to access to the Ebook setting show as
“Bookmark select”, “Delete bookmark”, etc, touch
Up/Down Button to select the function, and touch OK
Button to save.
7. Bluetooth
Bluetooth Connect: Select “Bluetooth” in main menu,
touch OK Button access to its interface, and it shows
“Please wait...” “Searching for...”. After searching for the
device successfully, please manually select the device
name to match the connection. If the search device fails,
it will show “No device”, and the interface automatically
jumps to the Bluetooth settings interface, touch
Up/Down Button to select the setting function, and
touch OK Button to save. (Attention: The Bluetooth
speaker should be turned on when the music player
searches for device. )

8. Settings
Select “Setting” in main menu interface, touch OK Button
access to its interface. On the “Setting” interface, Display

settings/Shutdown settings/ Date and time/ Language/
Information/ Tools/Pedometer/Touch light mode/
Screensaver/ Format device/ Factory settings will be
listed on the menu.
Function selection: Touch Up/Down Button to select any
option you want, and touch OK Button to confirm.
1) Display settings: Select “Settings” in main menu, and
then select “Display settings”, touch OK Button to access
its interface. Backlight timer and Brightness can be set in
the interface.
2) Shutdown settings:
Sleep timer: Set time into sleep mode.
Power-saving shutdown: Set time for auto shutdown
under non-operating state.
3) Date and time: Touch Up/Down Button to select the
Time settings/Date settings to adjust, and touch
Up/Down Button to adjust the value, touch OK Button to
save the settings.
4) Language: Select “Settings” in main menu, and then
select “Language”, touch OK Button to access its
interface. Choose your language, and touch OK Button to
save the setting.
5) Tools: Touch Settings in main menu to access to its

interface, and select Tools. In the “Tools” menu a related
list will show “Calendar”, “Stopwatch”, “Alarm”.
6) Pedometer: Select “Pedometer” and touch OK Button
to enter its interface. Select “Start Step” and touch OK
Button to start step. When it starts step, touch Return
Button will keep the pedometer running in the
background.
Save Steps: Touch Return Button when it is in stop, it will
shows “Save steps or not?” Select“Yes”to save steps.
7) Touch light mode: Select “Settings” in main menu, and
then select “Touch light mode”, touch OK Button to
select the “shut down” or “Nomal on”, and touch OK
Button to confirm.
8) Format Device: Select “Settings” in main menu, and
then select “Format device”, touch OK Button and the
interface shows “All data will be deleted. Continue?”,
choose “Yes”/”No”, touch OK Button to confirm.
9) Factory settings: Select “Settings” in main menu, and
then select “Factory settings”, touch OK Button and the
interface shows “Restore factory settings?”, choose
“Yes”/”No”, touch OK Button to confirm.

9. Folder

Select “Folder” in main menu, and touch OK Button
access to its interface. Touch Up/Down can View files in
MP3’s memory.

Format Player
Connect the music player to the computer with a data
cable, open “My PC” or “Computer” to display the
removable disk, choose the removable disk and click the
right mouse button, click Format, Start, Confirm, and
wait for formatting to complete. (Formatting will delete
all the files of the music player, and can repair the disk.
Important files need to be backed up by yourself.)

FAQ
If the music player encounters an abnormal
phenomenon caused by incorrect operation, such as the
black screen cannot be operated.
Turn off firstly and then turn on by pressing the Power
Button again, it can be normal again.
Cannot turn on the music player
1. Check if the player run out of the battery
2. Connect the player to an adapter and try again after
charging
3. If the music player still cannot be turned on, please
contact us via our Customer Service Email.
Heavy noise when playing music
1. Please make sure the plug is clean or this may cause
noise
2. Please check if the music file is damaged, try to play
other musics to confirm, damaged files may lead to
heavy noise or skipping.
Can’t hear any sound from the player
1. Please check if the volume is set to “0”
2. Please check if the earphone is in poor connection
with the player.

FM does not search signals
Please connect the earphone and search signals in open
space.
Cannot connect Bluetooth
Please make sure the external devices turn on or not and
keep the connection distance within 10 meters.
E-book garbled
Please confirm whether the file is damaged and the
format is correct.
