-Think about your vision—what you want to accomplish.

Be more active and healthy by exercising at least 4 times a week and eating a
balanced diet and limiting unhealthy snacks.
2. Write your plan of action. You must have at least 3 SPECIFIC steps.
Log my exercising.
When eating meals, see if my meal has all the nutrients and biomolecules I need
(proteins, carbs, fibres).
Avoid eating snacks and limit unhealthy snacks to once a week.
3. Write your time frame.

4. Write your needs for the goal, strengths needed to help reach the goal, and
possible risks or obstacles to the goal.
Needs: exercise plan, access to healthy foods, good time management
Strengths: discipline, motivation, adaptability
