This also helps the company to conduct proper seminars and training that they'll provide their
employees. Occupational health also provides and ensures that they are capable of being active in
such situations. This will also provide the things that are essential when it comes to accidents or
dangerous situations, this comes with the countermeasures such as first aid kit, fire extinguisher, etc.

are commonly known which are Hazard, Risk, Accident, Incident and Ergonomics. These are just a
few of the things that can be listed here.

Occupational health in a workplace area is something that implies and regulates the health of
their workers by the means of their workplace. This also ensures their safety when they are working
on the facilities during and after working hours.
Occupational health and safety has different pros when it comes to its thoughts. Abiding these
rules also provides the benefits of safety and lesser risk when they're working. Here are a few things
that are being considered important;
 This prevents the employees from getting overworked resulting in stress.

 This also keeps the employees from the possible dangers that are being posed by their
equipment and the workplace itself.

 This also promotes the cleanliness of the site for the employees to work in a healthy
environment with the least risk of getting infections.

 Implementing the proper uniform to be worn to protect them to be protected from chemical
hazards that are posed in the site depending on their industry that they are working in

To be considered appropriate, the workplace should be checked regularly for everyone to


function fast enough to get their jobs done. The place itself should also have a secure, working
equipment and having a clean workspace. Employers are supposed to be overlooked by the safety
men or also known as the safety officers. All of the employers and the employees are expected to
wear a proper uniform for them to avoid risking their lives in the time that they are working within the

site. The workplace itself are regularly visited by the government or department that are responsible
for making sure that companies are being obedient by the rules that are passed down from the higher
ups. This also discusses about how the company manages their time for work, the employees when
they are commencing a seminar or a training. Those activities are what helps their employees to keep
on working with the feeling of being sure that they are protected and is being cared for by their
employers. Although accidents may occur anytime, with the provided training and team building
activities, they will have the idea on how to act properly without hesitation due to their experience.
This will also give them the idea on how they would act outside the workplace itself. Alongside these
stuffs, they are also expected to always perform their utmost conduct and abide by these rules for
them to be safe and healthy.

concepts lays the foundation for developing effective strategies to safeguard the health and safety of
workers in any industry.

Occupational Health plays a crucial role in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment. It
not only protects the well-being of employees but also contributes to organizational productivity and
