REVOCABLE POWER OF ATTORNEY IN FAVOUR OF INTERACTIVE BROKERS (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED

WHEREAS, I/We wish to become a client of INTERACTIVE BROKERS (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as “IBI”) ,AND
HAVING ITS REGISTERED OFFICE AT 502/A, Times Square, Andheri Kurla Road, Andheri (East), Mumbai 400059.
WHEREAS, I/We am/are the sole holder of the beneficial owner demat account opened at IBI, a Depository Participant (DP) with
National Securities Depository Ltd. (”NSDL”) as described in Schedule A (the “Depository Account(s)”).
Whereas I/ we am/ are desirous to buy and sell securities through IBI, who is a stock broker registered with SEBI and member of
recognized stock exchange/s.
WHEREAS, I/We are desirous of appointing IBI as my/our constituted attorney to operate my/ our beneficial owner demat account on my/ our
behalf for a limited purpose in the manner hereinafter appearing and subject to conditions as provided herein.
NOW THESE PRESENTS WITNESS that I/we, do hereby, jointly and severally nominate constitute and appoint IBI. acting through any of its
directors, officers and or agents, as my / our to be my true and lawful attorney (hereinafter referred to as “Attorney”) for me/us in the name
and on behalf of myself/ourselves and at my /our risk and costs to do all or any one of the following acts, deeds and things:
i. To transfer securities held in my/our aforementioned beneficial owner account(s) (or any other account informed by me in
writing to the stock broker from time to time) to the demat account (details of which have been annexed hereto as Schedule B) of
the stock broker maintained for the purpose of settlement of trades and margin obligations arising out of trades executed by
me/us on any recognized stock exchange through the stock broker. However, the said power will be restricted to only
transfer of securities to the Clearing Member ID allotted to the stock broker by any existing or future exchange that the stock
broker has joined/ will join as a member or to any demat accounts linked to the said Clearing Member ID provided that I/we
have executed mandatory and voluntary client registration documents with the stock broker for such exchanges.
ii. a. For meeting my/our settlement obligations/ margin requirements in connection with the trades executed by me/us the clients on
the stock exchange through the stock broker;
b. For meeting obligations arising out of my subscribing to such other products/facilities/services through the stock broker like
Mutual Funds, Public Issues (shares as well as debentures), rights, offer of shares in etc.
iii. To pledge the securities in favor of the stock broker for the limited purpose of meeting my/our margin requirements in
connection with the trades executed by me/us on any recognized stock exchange through the stock broker.
iv. To return to me/us, the securities or funds that may have been received by the stock broker erroneously or those securities or
funds that the stock broker was not entitled to receive from me/us;
v. To send consolidated summary of my/our scrip-wise buy and sell positions taken with average rates to me/us by way of SMS/
email on a daily basis, notwithstanding any other document to be disseminated as specified by SEBI from time to time.
vi. To apply for various products like Mutual Funds, Public Issues (shares as well as debentures), rights, offer of shares,
tendering shares in open offers etc. pursuant to written/electronic instructions given by me/us to the stock broker.
I/We ratify and confirm whatever the Attorney lawfully does, or causes to be done, under this Power of Attorney.
I/We will indemnify and keep the Attorney indemnified against all claims, demands, costs, damages, losses and expenses, howsoever arising,
consequent upon the exercise of all or any of the powers and authorities contained in this Power of Attorney.
This document shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai. This Power of Attorney shall be revocable at any time and I/we
agree not to make any change, amendments or modifications to this Power of Attorney without the prior written consent of IBI.
I/We further agree and confirm that the powers and authorities conferred by this Power of Attorney shall continue until it is revoked in writing
by me at any time and that the said revocation shall be effective from the date on which the revocation notice is received by the stock broker in
his office at 502/A, Times Square, Andheri Kurla Road, Andheri East, Mumbai 400059. However, such revocation shall not be applicable for
any outstanding settlement obligation arising out of the trades carried out prior to receiving request for revocation of power of attorney.
