• Kobe Bryant started to play basketball when he was only three years old. He was inspired by his
father who was a basketball player before and decided to follow his father’s footsteps. By the way,
Lakers is his favorite team since he was young until now.

• Kobe Bryant goes for HIIT(High-intensive-interval-training)which includes sprints for 100 yards
and 200 until 400 yards of walking or jogging. Kobe Bryant manages to make 700 until 1000 shots
per day. Kobe also goes for 20 minutes of dribbling practice, 10 minutes of defensive slides and 90
minutes of shoot around.

Basketball” that won an Academy Award in
2017. Since then, he created a series of books
for children, The Wizenard Series, designed to
inspire kids.
