• Collect about 5g of feces so that the total volume of the

sample and buffer is about 25mL. Ensure that the liquid


level reaches near the red line on the sampling tube;
• Do not mix urine, sewage, and toilet paper with stool in
the sample;
• It is recommended to collect the stool after wake up
in the morning. If not convenient, may also choose
another time.
• After sampling, make sure to tighten the cap of the
collection tube and seal the collection bag to prevent
sample leakage

foam boxes with plastic wrap or newspaper-
wrapped
