Workshop at MMMUT Gorakhpur.

Respected Sir,

We hope this letter finds you in good health and spirits. We, the undersigned
students from both the B.Tech and M.Tech programs of Mechanical Engineering
Department, are writing to request reimbursement for the expenses incurred
during our recent participation in the workshop held at MMMUT Gorakhpur.

The workshop provided an invaluable opportunity for students from both


programs to enhance our skills and knowledge in ANSYS software. As
representatives of our institution, we attended the workshop with great
enthusiasm and dedication. However, the associated expenses, including
transportation and fooding, have posed a significant financial burden for us.

documentation such as receipts and invoices. These documents outline the
